What we shipped first
The first iPad photo booth app with digital props.
The first with on-device AI background removal, processed on the iPad, so it works when the venue’s wifi doesn’t.
The first to print directly from an iPad to a USB printer, with no print server.
Direct USB printing (iPad straight to the printer, no print server, no computer) was not possible in production before July 2026. We shipped it first.
How support actually works
Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. There is an emergency line for when chat isn’t fast enough. If we’re on another call you get a callback. It’s a hotline, not a ticket queue.
Events happen at 9pm on a Saturday, not Tuesday morning. That’s when the team is there.
