Important:
These optional setup services do not include event activation. You are still responsible for activating your event under the appropriate tier within your account.
48-Hour Notice Required:
Optional setup services must be purchased at least 48 hours before your event. Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be declined, rescheduled, or completed after the event date. Purchasing this service does not guarantee completion before your event if the request is submitted late or required information is missing.
General product questions and training-related support are still included.
